1 killed in fire at New Jersey senior living facility

The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but officials said it appears to have been an accident.
BURLINGTON, NJ (WPVI) — One person was killed in a fire at a senior citizens’ facility in Burlington, New Jersey, on Saturday morning.
According to officials, the fire started around 11:30 a.m. at the J. Frank Budd building on the 200 block of East Pearl Street.
The crew said when they arrived heavy smoke could be seen from the third floor of the building. The flames were contained in one apartment.
One person was found dead in the unit and a second resident was being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
A total of 25 residents were displaced after the fire, officials said.
