2000s hip-hop sensation Missy Elliot, 51, reveals her new body…no surgery…just diet and exercise!!

Missy “Misdemeanor” Elliot is looking better than ever after a year of dieting and exercising. And Media Take Out can attest that she looks ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.

Missy is set to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award at this weekend’s Grammys, and she’s making EVERYONE talk about her new look. She will also be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame later that year.
How did she do that? Media Take Out spoke to people on Missy’s team who told us that she did NOT have surgery. Missy eats a healthy (but not too restrictive) diet and exercises five times a week.

Missy began her music career with R&B girl group Sista in the early to mid-1990s, and later became a member of the swing mob collective alongside childhood friend and longtime collaborator Timbaland, with whom she worked on projects for American R&B act Aaliyah , 702, worked. Total and SWV. After several collaborations and guest appearances, she launched her solo career in 1997 with her debut album Supa Dupa Fly, which spawned the Top 20 single Sock It 2 Me. The album debuted at number three on the Billboard 200, the highest charting debut by a female rapper at the time.
Elliott’s second album, Da Real World, was released in 1999 and spawned the singles “She’s a Bitch,” “All n My Grill,” and the Top 5 hit, “Hot Boyz.” The remix of the latter song broke the record for most weeks at number one on the US R&B chart on the January 15, 2000 issue and spent 18 weeks at number one on the Hot Rap Singles chart of 2000 from December 1999 to March. With With the release of Miss E… So Addictive (2001), Under Construction (2002), and This Is Not a Test (2003), Elliott launched an international career that included hits like “Get Ur Freak On,” “One Minute Man,” “4 My People”, “Gossip Folks” and “Work It”. The latter earned her a Grammy Award for Best Female Rap Solo Performance.[6] In 2019 she released her first extended play titled Iconology.
Elliott has been dubbed the “Queen of Rap” by the media. She has sold over 30 million records in the United States. Her accolades include four Grammy Awards. According to Billboard in 2017, she is the best-selling female rapper in Nielsen Music history. She was the first female rapper to be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame and received MTV VMA’s Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award for her impact on the music video landscape. In 2020, Billboard ranked them fifth on the 100 Greatest Music Video Artists of All Time. In 2021 she was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In 2023, she became the first female hip-hop artist to be nominated for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
