Good Netflix shows you missed in 2023

Can you believe we’re already halfway through 2023? We’ve watched so many good Netflix shows so far this year, but if you’ve been busy and haven’t had a chance to watch everything, we’ve put together a list to make sure you’re caught up on all the good shows Netflix series released so far this year.

We’ve seen some big Netflix shows so far this year, including the night agent, ginny and georgia, YouAnd Outer Banks. If you need a new Netflix show to binge-watch tonight, check out some of our favorite Netflix Originals below.

There are so many good Netflix shows coming out this year including One Piece, Lupin, Bridgerton, The Witcher, Sex Education, and more. Unfortunately none of these shows have been released yet.

As Netflix releases more series, we’ll update the list to make sure you know what good series you’ve missed this year. We updated the list on Monday Aug 21. 2023.

Let’s start the list with a K-Drama.

1. The glory

the glory Part 1 premiered in late 2022 and introduced us to complex, intriguing characters like the main character, Moon Dong-eun (Song Hye-kyo). A psychological drama and revenge thriller, fans were breathless with anticipation for the second part of the series, which finally came out last March.

Although the glory has grown into one of the top-grossing non-English Netflix series of all time, there’s a good chance you missed it if you’re not a frequent watcher of international Netflix originals.

It would be a shame to skip this one because the glory is an engrossing drama punctuated by sharp lyrics and phenomenal performances across the board, especially from the leads Song Hye-kyo, Lim Ji-yeon and Yeom Hye-ran (who also stars in another K-drama on this list! ).

Dong-eun is the former victim of brutal bullying as a teenager. Since her high school years, she has meticulously plotted revenge on everyone who harmed her and will not allow anything to stop her from getting her revenge. As an adult, Dong-eun is willing to do anything to make the people who hurt her and many others pay for it.
