4 shot in Philadelphia’s Oxford Circle neighborhood

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Four people were shot dead in Oxford Circle in Philadelphia on Saturday night.
It happened around 9 p.m. on Knorr Street and Loretto Avenue.
The condition of the victims was initially unknown.
Police did not say whether arrests were made.
