42 Dugg criticizes the prison in an Instagram post

42 Dugg has been sentenced to one more year in prison and is begging for a new attorney.

The rapper says there is no reason for his detention and he is being deprived of basic services.

“I need the best civil attorney in Georgia, man. I’m in jail for getting dirty at the shooting range and not showing up. I didn’t steal from anyone, hurt anyone, they treated me crazy,” he wrote in the now-deleted post.

He continued: “Man I’m about to heat my food with water from the nasty shower – they don’t even give us hot water to heat food. There is no microwave, I can’t have family visits, nothing. I’m sure they did some more illegal shit, but how would I imagine dying in this bitch for violating parole?”

Dugg failed to appear earlier on a previous firearms case, which is why he was sentenced to a year in federal prison in April.
