Sweet magnolias Season 3 has finally arrived on Netflix, with the long-awaited sequel launching on Thursday July 20th.

After waiting more than a year for the next season sweet magnolias, Fans are finally reunited with Maddie Townsend, Dana Sue Sullivan, Helen Decatur and all their career, family and relationship drama in their beloved small town of Serenity.

Who ends up together in Sweet Magnolias Season 2?

While enjoying an evening with the Magnolias and her friends, Miss Frances collapses and we later learn that she died of unknown causes. At the end of the season, the town comes together to celebrate the life and legacy of Miss Frances, which serves as a reminder of just how precious time is. It also leads her nephew Ryan to make a potentially life-changing decision.

Ryan proposes to Helen

through Sweet magnolias In Season 2, Helen’s personal life experienced some ups and downs. Just as she was beginning to open up to a relationship with Erik, Ryan suddenly came back to stir the pot. Not only does he tell Helen he’s ready to have a baby, he also proposes to her.

The moment came out of nowhere as it seemed like Ryan and Helen were done for good, but the death of Miss Frances clearly opened Ryan’s eyes to what really matters in life.

Who is Kathy in Sweet Magnolias?

If you don’t know what’s going on with Serenity’s version of Gossip Girl and who wants revenge on the Sweet Magnolias, you’re not alone. That’s because it’s not fully explained.

In the season 2 finale, Ty Maddie shares a new post on the Serenity Secrets account on Instagram, which features video of a woman named Kathy slashing the tire on Sullivan’s van. Maddie, Dana Sue and Helen seem to know this woman from their past.
