Martha Stewart just dropped a “high score” on Green Eggs and Ham. You have read correctly. And here’s the thing, it looks like an absolutely delicious breakfast dish.
On May 13, Stewart posted a video of one of her pasts Martha Bakes segment on PBS left her fans a bit confused. She posted the food video with the caption, “Think of this as an enhancement to blue eggs and ham. Fill the pate brisee with this colorful filling, perfect for a spring brunch when fresh peas are plentiful. “
For this unique spring dish, you’ll need quite a few ingredients like all-purpose flour, olive oil, peas, eggs, and cooked ham. Although the four-step formula may seem daunting at first, it’s over in a heartbeat!
According to the recipe, you start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees and then rolling out the dough. After a while, you will sprinkle the ham into the mixture before baking.

Now you may be asking yourself, “What about the crust?” Well, that’s another recipe that only includes four ingredients. You start by grinding some ingredients in a food processor and then, after a while, shape into discs. Stewart notes that this dough can be frozen for up to a month if needed.
