A glimpse of Love Island winners Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey’s child-free holiday in Croatia

LOVE Island originals Cara Delahoyde and Nathan Massey gave fans a sneak peek at their boozy, kid-free vacation in Croatia.

The couple enjoyed spending some time away from their children Freddie, five, and Delilah, two, in the sun-drenched destination of Hvar.

After an early morning flight followed by a boat to the island, Cara enjoyed the stunning scenery.

“Honestly, this place is so beautiful, I feel like I’m in Kings Landing or something. I can’t wait to explore this place and show you all it has to offer,” she told her followers in her video.

“Nathan was gassed because the lady had a sign with his name on it, God bless him,” she said as she filmed him and the woman posing together.

The mother-of-two showed fans around her room, which has views of the beach from the balcony.

“This is our room tour because I know that’s what you all want. And look, no children in sight.”

The couple, who won Love Island 2016 after meeting the next day, indulged in delicious food and sipped cocktails.

This happens because Cara was criticized by her followers for not putting Freddie in a car seat.

The couple and their children enjoyed a fun day out at Legoland Windsor earlier last month and documented the entire day in a time-lapse video on Instagram.

But in the opening image, some fans had concerns that five-year-old Freddie wasn’t in a car seat.

According to state guidelines, children must use a booster seat until they are 12 or 135 cm tall, whichever comes first.

It’s unclear if Freddie will reach the height threshold.

One follower commented: “I hate being that person but the little man is far too young to be traveling without a high back booster seat.”

Another said: “He’s far too young not to be in a car seat. Please seek advice on his safety x.”

A third posted: “Please seek advice on car seat x.”

Dad Nathan had to deal with more parent-follower feedback in March after he posted a funny video of Cara hungover on Instagram.

Some users felt he could have done more for his partner.

The former carpenter captioned the video: “4 beers, espresso martini, some pornstar martinis and 4 tequila rose….. doesn’t seem like a very good idea now dose it @cara_delahoyde…… 🤣🤣🤣🤣 hangover and Delilah.” don’t mix it, believe me 🤣🤣🤣.

Although Cara grinned humorously at the end of the clip, viewers were outraged as they thought Nathan should have been more helpful to his wife.

He didn’t put up with the criticism and bit back on a user: “What do you think I’ve done? Lol I was up at 5am, left her in bed and Cara got up herself?”
