Alaska Sen. Dan Sullivan plans to call for a vote on a resolution as early as this week to overturn a Council on Environmental Quality amendment to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) permitting requirements. Under the Congressional Review Act, a simple majority of both houses can pass a disapproval resolution to end a rule.
