The 47-year-old Channel 4 presenter took to her social media account to reveal her holiday almost didn’t happen.

Jasmine told her followers how much stress and pressure she has been under over the past few weeks.

This led to her considering pulling the plug on her family vacation.

She shared, “I’ve been so incredibly busy and stressed out the past few weeks that I almost thought we’d have to cancel our family vacation, but we didn’t, we’re here and I’ll do my best to switch off.” and relax; 😎 something I sometimes find difficult!

“I realized that this is when you need it the most, even though I didn’t have time for it and the holiday almost seemed like extra stress.

“Nothing is more precious than spending time with family. Now let’s have a siesta!’

Fans flooded Jasmine’s post with replies showing their support for the star.

Jasmine will be back on Channel 4 next month as a brand new series of A Place in the Sun starts.
