The grand jury’s actions today are not unexpected. We would like to ask people to remember that a very, very minimal standard of evidence needs to be met for an indictment to be indicted,” she said in a statement. “When we get into a courtroom and before a jury where we can present our evidence and cross-examine the state’s witnesses — where the standard of proof is guilty beyond reasonable doubt — we expect the jury to come back with a verdict of ‘no guilty”.
Takeoff was dating Quavo and Jas Prince in November 2022, who was celebrating his birthday on the night of his death. Several videos circulated on the Internet in which fans tried to clarify the case.
