Amazon’s Echo Show 15 comes with a digital photo frame that allows you to display just photos or artwork without being interrupted by random Alexa skill suggestions, recipes, or your schedule. However, only the 15.6-incher had this function – until now. Corresponding The edgethe e-commerce giant recently added its special photo frame feature to all Echo Show models in the US, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Australia.
the forgete says you can turn on the slideshow by saying the voice command, “Alexa, start Photo Frame.” Your smart display will then start a slideshow of the contents of your Amazon Photos and Facebook account. It can also display a random selection of stock images if you have yet to upload your personal photos or link your accounts to the device. Don’t worry: you can choose which album the slideshow feature uses under device settings if you’d rather not show certain pictures to everyone else in your home.
Photo Frame mode hides all other elements you typically see on an Echo Show display, including the weather. All you’ll see are the pictures themselves and a little note about when they were taken and what album they’re from. However, the slideshow only lasts three hours continuously, after which you need to activate it again to turn your device into a digital photo frame.
