Cloud’s family announced that he died at his family home in Oakland, California TMZ.

His family’s statement began: “It is with a heavy heart that we have to say goodbye to an incredible human being today. As an artist, friend, brother and son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways.”

“Last week he buried his father and struggled intensely with this loss. The only consolation we have is knowing that Angus is now reunited with his father, who was his best friend. Angus has been open about his struggle with mental health and we hope he dies. “Can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight it in silence.”

They concluded: “We hope the world remembers him for his humor, his laughter and his love for everyone. We ask for privacy at this time as we are still processing this devastating loss.”

His family didn’t provide details on the exact nature of Cloud’s death, but the Oakland Police Department told TMZ that they responded to an 911 call from Cloud’s mother Lisa at around 11:30 a.m. reporting a “possible drug overdose.”

A source close to Cloud’s family told TMZ that Cloud battled suicidal thoughts after returning from Ireland for his father’s funeral.

The US Sun can confirm that his father, Conor Hickey, passed away in May and was honored in a touching manner by his rugby team-mates tribute.

The family’s statement alluded to the challenges of dealing with his father’s death.

However, Cloud didn’t comment much on social media about his father’s death.

On July 14, he shared a photo of his late father wearing a red tracksuit and sticking out a pinky finger.

He simply captioned the post, “Miss u breh.”

It is unclear how his father died.

The obituary from a rugby club with which he was associated, reveals only that he died “after a short illness”.

The US Sun is also able to reveal that Cloud was last seen in public at a debut album launch party hosted by Bay Area-based rap group MacArthur Maze on Friday.

Messages of condolence poured in from all parts of the internet after Cloud’s death.

HBO’s Euphoria Twitter account posted a photo of the star along with an emotional statement about his death.

“We are incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of Angus Cloud,” the tweet began.

“He was incredibly talented and a beloved part of the HBO and Euphoria family. We extend our deepest condolences to his friends and family at this difficult time.”

Euphoria creator Sam Levinson released a statement of his own meeting about Cloud’s death.

“There was nobody like Angus. He was too special, too talented and far too young to leave us so soon,” he said.

“He also, like many of us, struggled with addiction and depression. I hope he knew how many hearts he touched. I loved him. I always will. Rest in peace and God bless his family.”

ALL ABOUT ANGUS

Cloud is best known for his role as Fezco on the HBO series Euphoria.

The show was nominated for an Emmy Award.

Cloud was a main character on the show for two seasons.

In addition to appearing on this show, he landed roles in films such as North Hollywood, which hit theaters in 2021, and The Line, which hit theaters in 2023.

He was recently cast in a new horror film by Scream 6 directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillet.

Cloud was set to star alongside Melissa Berrera in this film.

In addition to his film appearances, Cloud has appeared in several music videos.

He was cast by Noah Cyrus, Juice WRLD and Becky G.

ANGUS’ FIGHTS

Cloud opened diversity about surviving a near-death experience.

In an interview, he revealed that at the age of 15 he fell into a pit while taking a nightly walk.

He recalled, “Twelve hours later I woke up downstairs.”

“I was trapped.”

Eventually he climbed out of the pit and took the bus to his mother’s house.

Cloud told Variety, “It was bloody hard to climb out.”

“Because my skull was fractured but my skin wasn’t, so all the bleeding was internal and pressing against my brain.”

He said he just wanted to go home and get some rest, but his mother wouldn’t let him – which ultimately saved his life.

“I would have died,” he said. “She gave me some water and I started vomiting blood that was crimson as hell. shit was crazy So they took me to the children’s hospital and they saved my life. That’s where the scar comes from. You.” They cut my head open, they put some screws and a plate over where I lost my abilities and – dammit, they resealed me, and that’s it.”

In April 2023, Cloud’s former manager criticized him on social media, accusing him of struggling with an addiction, as reported by page six at that time.

Diomi Cordero shared a lengthy Twitter thread detailing his alleged working relationship with Cloud, which he says began when the two met in a rehab clinic.

Cordero said in his tweets that he’s doing the “graveyard shift” as a “mental health technician” while pursuing his dream of becoming an independent talent manager.

Just two weeks after starting his work there, he met Cloud – allegedly a patient at the time.

According to Cordero’s account, the pair are said to have grown close and began working together in April 2021.

In his tweets, he claimed Cloud’s affairs were far from fine and he hired a publicist and new “acting and fashion agents” for him.

They helped him “get health insurance” and more.

Cordero tweeted, “This intervention allowed Angus to regain control of his personal and professional life.”

He also claimed that not only Cloud’s professional life but also his personal life was a mess when he came.

He claimed the actor’s personal affairs were in a “state of disarray.”

Cordero claimed that Cloud was fine for a time, despite being surrounded by friends who he said threatened the actor’s apparent sobriety.

In a tweet, he wrote, “Your reckless behavior and lack of concern for Angus’s recovery presented a significant impediment to his progress and ultimately contributed to his relapse.”

Cloud has not publicly commented on addiction issues or sobriety, nor has he responded to Cordero’s claims.

You’re not alone

According to the 2018 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Leading Causes of Death Report, suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in the United States.

According to this, there were “more than two and a half times as many suicides” in the USA as homicides report.

Suicide was the “second leading cause of death” among people aged 10 and 34 and the fourth leading cause of death among those aged 35 to 54.

Suicide is a vital health problem in the United States. It affects all genders, races and ages.

That’s why The-Sun.com launched the You’re Not Alone campaign.

The campaign encourages readers to discuss their mental health issues with family, friends and health professionals. We can all lend a hand to help others who may be suffering and help save lives.

If you’re having trouble coming to terms with this, you’re not alone. There are many free and confidential programs in the US that aim to help people who are struggling with their mental health.
