Ant-Man 3 star Jonathan Majors arrested for assault

According to TMZ, Jonathan Majors (Kang in the MCU) was arrested Saturday morning for allegedly assaulting a woman near Chelsea in New York City.

Majors claimed he was innocent of the charges, which include strangulation, assault and molestation.

That’s what one of the majors representatives told TMZ “He didn’t do anything wrong. We look forward to clearing his name and clearing this up.”

The woman in question had visible signs of the alleged attack on her body, according to TMZ sources. She is currently in stable condition at a local hospital.

Police were called around 11 a.m. Saturday, and the woman told them she and Majors had an altercation that resulted in the actor physically assaulting her.

According to TMZ, given the visible cuts behind the woman’s ear and other redness and visible marks on her face, police handcuffed Majors and took him to jail. However, he currently appears to be out of custody.
