ARIANA Grande and her husband Dalton Gomez have both filed for divorce, just two years after their fairytale wedding.
In July, it was announced that the 7 Rings singer and her now ex had split after two failed reconciliations and several problems in their relationship.
Now Ariana, 30, and Dalton, 28, have officially decided to separate in a simultaneous filing.
The pop singer’s lawyer, Laura Waterinitially filed the petition on Monday, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce.
The real estate agent immediately filed what appeared to be a coordinated decision.
An inside source revealed TMZ that “everything was sorted out” before the ex-couple had to take the divorce to court.
The source added that “Ariana is going to write a check to Dalton” and that would mean the end of their marriage.
Ariana and Dalton had signed a prenuptial agreement before tying the knot in May 2021.
In the documents received from TMZThe date of their separation was given as February 20, 2023.
According to the magazine’s source, the divorce finalization took about seven months because “the two took their time to work out the details and come to an agreement.”
They added that “there are no hard feelings” and “they have been truly caring and respectful of each other through every step of this process.”
In a shocking twist that stunned fans, news that Ariana started dating her Wicked co-star Ethan Slater came just days after her split from Dalton was announced.

Ethan, 31, filed for divorce from Lilly, 31, in New York after five years of marriage.
The two were high school sweethearts and tied the knot in 2018.
They also have a child together, whom they welcomed last year.
Lilly’s heartbreak
While Dalton hasn’t addressed the breakup yet, Ethan’s ex Lilly spoke to him Page six about how she’s focusing on raising her and the SpongeBob SquarePants star’s baby and being a “good mom.”
“[Ariana’s] the story really. “Not a girl for girls,” Lilly told the outlet.
“My family is just collateral damage… The story is about her and Dalton.”
An insider previously revealed that Ethan and Lilly had been separated for two months before he started dating Ariana.
TMZ also reported that Ethan is “desperate” to co-parent their almost one-year-old child.
Sources told the outlet that the actor “spoke to Lilly daily, mostly about their baby boy” and “spent a lot of time with his son in London after he split from Lilly.”
He is now “determined to play an important role in the boy’s life.”
TMZ She also previously reported that Lilly is “devastated” that her family has been torn apart and that she and her estranged husband “are not on good terms” now that he has moved on to the “Thank You, Next” singer .
According to sources, the Maryland native feels “betrayed and heartbroken.”
“It’s understandable that emotions are running high and it’s hard to watch your ex move on, especially in such a public way, and her friends trying to protect her.”
“But Ari and Ethan are just trying to keep a low profile and respect their exes while pursuing this new relationship,” sources told the medium.


Ariana has not yet publicly commented on her relationship with Ethan.
