Azealia Banks is leaving her record label

Azealia Banks is parting ways with her new record label Parlophone.

The rapper just signed with them a few months ago.

“I’m leaving @parlophone these staff are full of really stupid frail white liars. The roster is full of cheesy losers and I’m sick of it,” she wrote on Instagram. “Like how many idiots does it take to screw in a damn lightbulb? Oh thank goodness. New Bottega will hit platforms this week. That shit got me freaking stressed out.”

After announcing the news, she shared that it was her decision to walk away and denied being dumped.

“I’m not being dropped, I’m dropping the LMAO P-SSIES label,” she tweeted.

In November, Banks confirmed the deal with British label Parlophone. “Bitches I just got signed to Warner/Parlophone UK! I get home. I did it. I did not want to disappoint you”. It didn’t take long for things to go wrong.
