Bam Margera Released From Hospital
‘Jackass’ star Bam Margera has been discharged from hospital after being hospitalized with severe pneumonia.
Bam posted a photo of him and Johnny Schillereff both smiling. “I’m out! Thank you to my friends, family and you for your love, support and prayers,” he wrote.
Bam was admitted last week and tested positive for COVID-19 in hospital. The star has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, has struggled with mental health issues and addiction, and has been in rehab year-round.
In April, his mother April Margera shared a message on Instagram.
“It’s no secret that Bam has struggled with mental health and addiction. You’ve watched Bam grow up and supported him through his ups and downs. Our family let you into the chaos that is our home and we want nothing more than to continue this journey together,” she wrote.
He was granted a temporary health guardian in August.
