Best Air Fryers 2023: Compact, Smart, Viewing Window

Keep hearing about it the joys of air frying? Offering a faster, healthier way to cook fried food with little to no oil, an air fryer has become something of a kitchen staple. It works similar to a convection oven to circulate hot air around your food – only it’s more compact, increasing your time savings. Think guilt-free, crispy chicken, homemade fries and donuts that are not only easy to make but also easier to clean compared to using a traditional deep fryer.
With less interior heating and shorter preheat times, an air fryer also allows you to cook faster than your standard oven – and if used wisely, could potentially save money on your energy bills. (Just make sure it’s big enough to cook what you need, or you’ll end up using it multiple times — defeating its energy-saving purpose.) Some air fryers are designed to be multifunctional, with preset cooking modes for baking, roasting, dehydrating, Grill and reheat. You can effectively prepare a range of meats, fish and vegetables, as well as sweet treats: think steak and sweet potato fries, homemade apple chips and a warm banana bread.
