Best looks from Friday’s orange carpet

WNBA players have dazzled with their wardrobe combos all season, so it’s no surprise that the outrageous attire continued at the league’s Orange Carpet event during All-Star Weekend.

The W’s stars took center stage in Chicago on Friday as a number of players wore flashy attire. There were so many great looks it’s not fair to pick one as the best of the night. But some players drew attention for their outfit choices.

Seattle Storm’s Sue Bird took to the runway in a blazer and cool trainers ensemble, while Dallas Wings star Arike Ogunbowale kept things silky smooth with her attire.

Harrison arrived on the orange carpet in a collaboration between Jordan and Kim Shui. A Jumpman logo necklace accompanied her look along with black sunglasses and hoop earrings.

Ogunbowale wears a green silk outfit and a necklace with her branding as a pendant.

Bird, who will attend her final All-Star game on Sunday, wore an Yves Saint Laurent blazer, two-tone pants and Air Jordan 1s.

Ogwumike kept things lively with her pink look at Friday’s event.

The hooded jacket Guirantes wore is simply stunning

Howard wore a custom Letterman jacket to honor her friend and former Kentucky Wildcats player Terrence Clarke. Clarke died in a car accident in April 2021.

The jacket was created by designer John Thomas, who has designed similar garments for various WNBA stars.

Hamby matched her daughter Amaya with denim-centric fits on the orange carpet.

Bonner arrived in a sparkling dress while Thomas arrived in an impressive suit.

Loyd released premium shoes, taking to the orange carpet in a pair of “Dior” Jordan 1s.

Copper was all Adidas on Friday, popping up in a onesie from the sportswear company.

Parker, who is from Illinois, arrived at the orange carpet in a green silk suit.
