Bite Beauty Announces 2022 Brand Closure and 50 Percent Off Sale on Sephora

It’s always a sad day in the beauty world when a beloved brand decides to close. Most recently, we said goodbye to iconic Becca Cosmetics when we announced that it would be discontinuing production of its products in February 2021. Today, we say goodbye to another brand that we don’t know. we also love, Bite Beauty.

Bite Beauty has always been known for its vegan, cruelty-free products, providing customers with highly colored cosmetics and skin care with nourishing ingredients. On May 17, the beauty brand announced its closure in an Instagram post that reads: “We have some news to share. With our incredible community, we are saddened to hear that we have some news to share. shared that Bite Beauty will be closing this year. Thank you for the past 10 years of love, growth, and joy. You have always been our ultimate inspiration.”

While we are devastated by the news, we understand why. In an industry as competitive as beauty, and with all the popular brands coming up, it can be difficult for some of the early players to keep up and stay profitable.

We always say that along with bad news comes some good news. First, all nine of Bite Beauty Lip Labs will remain open (and more to come), so don’t worry about not being able to get your hands on the custom lipstick you love. Second, Bite Beauty is working to clear its inventory online and with it a closing sale. Starting now, you can buy all your favorite Bite Beauty products at 50% off on bitebeauty.com and sephora.com.
