Black Panther 2 Star Teases “Drastic” Changes In Next MCU Appearance

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Dominique Thornes has introduced Riri Williams to the broader MCU, but it looks like the actress’ portrayal will be drastically different when the young Avenger returns in her upcoming Disney+ series.

Thorne has already announced this Black Panther 2 was just a taste of who Riri Williams is, and found that her true self was being held back because of her nature “out of their element.”

Speaking to Teen Vogue, Ironheart actress Dominique Thorne shared that she read nearly all of the source material available for Riri Williams and went over her appearances in the comics.
