Black Panther Star LUPITA Shows Up On Red Carpet Looking THICK . . . Fans Think She Had Surgery!

Black Panther star Lupita Nyong’o is all over social media today following her recent red carpet appearance for new Black Panther film Wakanda Forever. And Media Take Out has confirmed that fans are surprised by her weight gain.

And some suggest her “weight gain,” which appears to have occurred all below the waist, may have been the result of recent surgery.

We’ve reached out to people close to Lupita, who have told Media Take Out that rumors she’s going to have surgery are “ridiculous.” And while we agree that her new curves look natural, that hasn’t stopped thousands of people on Black Twitter from claiming that her new cakes are fake.

Here’s the video that got people talking:

Lupita made her Broadway debut as a teenage orphan in the play Eclipsed (2015), for which she was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play. She played a motion capture role as Maz Kanata in the Star Wars sequel trilogy (2015–2019) and a speaking role as Raksha in The Jungle Book (2016). Nyong’o’s career progressed with her role as Nakia in the Marvel Cinematic Universe superhero films Black Panther (2018) and its sequel (2022) and her starring role in Jordan Peele’s horror film Us (2019).

In addition to acting, Nyong’o supports monument protection. She is vocal about preventing sexual harassment and advocates for women’s and animal rights. In 2014, she was named the most beautiful woman by People. In 2019, Nyong’o wrote a children’s book called Sulwe, which became a New York Times number one bestseller. She also received nominations for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Storyteller for narrating two episodes of the docu-series Serengeti. In 2020, Nyong’o was named one of Africa’s 50 Most Powerful Women by Forbes.
