Boosie Badazz: I don’t support my daughter being gay because I’m RELIGIOUS!!

Boosie Badazz is the father of an openly gay daughter but says he can’t support her sexuality because his family is too religious.

“I haven’t. For example, she used to date a boy I thought she was dating. He was always coming into the house,” Boosie said of his daughter Poison Ivi. “But I don’t think that was her boyfriend now. You know, I guess that was like a friend or something. But Ivi has a…our family is a real Southern Baptist family. So Ivi has to respect her family and everything she does. You know, coming out at that age, that’s when you should know what you want.”

Boosie says he still loves his daughter.

“Even if it’s not… it’s not accepted as far as… because I don’t want to think anyone in my family thinks it’s okay. But whatever she does, we won’t…we’ll love her to death. We’ll love her to death, but at the same time, our family, it’s never been like this. It was never accepted, our preacher, grandfather, grandmother preacher.”
