Boots launches huge summer clearance sale with up to 80% off and prices start from just 15p
BOOTS launched a massive summer liquidation sale with hundreds of products – and some starting in as little as 15 minutes.
The health and beauty retailer regularly runs deals on the clearance sales page on its website.

And it currently has more than 680 discounted products, with some selling for as little as a penny.
However, always remember, a bargain is only a bargain if you are still going to buy it.
Don’t just buy something for its sake, only when you need it.
Backers can choose from a number of different products during the sale, from hand sanitizer for 15p instead of 75p and Garnier summer body moisturizer for £5 instead of £8.
Meanwhile, the Gucci Black for Her perfume is on sale for £50 instead of £76 and the Chicco children’s projector for £20 instead of £26.
In addition, the Bugaboo Lynx Stroller set is being sold for £595 instead of £650.
Although there are hundreds of items in the sale, many of them are currently out of stock or not yet sold.
A lot of the products in stock are also selling fast, so you’ll want to be quick.
Boots’ own brand cuticle bars are in stock for 50p instead of £1 and 65 were bought today, according to the website.
Meanwhile, the Kent pocket comb is being sold for £2 instead of £5 and has been purchased 13 times today.
You can also find clearance sales in your local Boots store, though the items you’ll find there vary from branch to branch.
So just because something has been dropped for removal on Boots’ website, it doesn’t mean you’ll find it locally.
You can find your nearest Boots store by using the retailer’s store locator.
Of course, when buying any product, you should check to see if you can find it cheaper at other retailers.
You can do this using the Google Shopping tab or price comparison sites like www.pricerunner.com or www.pricespy.co.uk.
There is also www.trolley.co.uk which allows you to compare the prices of thousands of products across several major street supermarkets.
We checked out some of the items in the Boots sale and if you can find them cheaper elsewhere.
Garnier Summer Body Moisturizer – £5 (previously £8)

This cream helps to moisturize your skin while creating a tan.
It comes in 250ml size and is rated 4.1 out of 5 stars on Boots website. It’s also on sale for £5 instead of £8 – a 37% discount.
There is currently no place that sells moisturizer cheaper than Boots.
Waitrose has it in stock for £8 while ASOS is selling it for £6.50.
Mellor and Russell Derma Hand Sanitizer Gel – 15p (previously 50p)

Mellor and Russell Derma hand sanitizer gel is being sold for 15p instead of 75p – 80% off.
It’s perfect if you’re trying to stay clean while out and about and means you don’t have to find a nearby restroom to wash your hands.
There aren’t any other retailers selling the same style of hand gel so you won’t find it cheaper or more expensive anywhere else.
However, the next cheapest option after Boots is at Aldi, which is selling a 50ml box for 49p.
Gucci Guilty Black For Her Perfume 50ml – £50 (previously £76)

Boots has slashed the price of Gucci Guilty Black for Her perfume from £76 to £50 – 35% off.
The top notes of the fragrance are red fruit and pink pepper while the base notes are amber and patchouli.
We looked online to see if any other retailers were selling this perfume and if it was cheaper elsewhere.
Amazon is selling it, but it’s £77 – £27 more expensive.
Bugaboo Lynx Stroller Set – £595 (previously £650)

New parents can buy this Bugaboo Lynx stroller for £595 instead of £650 – 8% off.
It comes with a host of features, including footrests, sunshades, and rain cover.
The buggy also has a maximum capacity of 10kg and can accommodate a child weighing up to 23kg.
However, we found Argos selling the same model for the same £595.
