Boy, 11, dies after ‘incident’ at Wiltshire skate park as locals left devastated

A BOY has died after an ‘incident’ at a skate park – locals are devastated.

Upon arrival, they found an 11-year-old boy in need of medical attention.

Despite the best efforts of the paramedics, the teenager could not be saved and died in the skate park.

It is not yet known what happened.

A spokesman for Wiltshire Police said: “We were called by ambulance services to St Andrews Road, Tidworth, just after 8.15pm on Friday 18 August following an incident involving an 11-year-old boy.

“The boy was treated by paramedics but unfortunately died.

“His family is being supported by our expertly trained officers and our thoughts are with them at this extremely difficult time.”
