Bravo has lost interest in RHONY Legacy

Bravo has reportedly decided to cancel RHONY Legacy because the ladies couldn’t agree on pay.

RHONY was to be rebranded as ‘Legacy’ with old cast members, while a new cast of the show would also air on the network.

Original cast members including de Luann Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Jill Zarin, Kelly Bensimon and Dorinda Medley have been rumored to be taking part in Legacy.

Sources told Page Six the talent felt they were getting lowball offers from Bravo and that the network was unwilling to guarantee they would appear in enough episodes per season.

“It’s not worth it,” a source told Page Six. “And it’s insulting. These are women who made the show a hit in the first place. They don’t deserve to be Nickel and Dimed.”

“The network seems to have just lost interest in pursuing the ‘Legacy’ edition at this point,” another production source said. “It seems the producers are more focused on the ‘RHONY’ reboot, which we’re hearing is fun, funny and ambitious.”
