Bridgerton season 3 and 6 more Netflix drama series will follow in 2023

We’ve looked at the list of Netflix drama series still expected and confirmed for release in 2023 and let’s just say: there will be plenty to see and enjoy! Of course, what people are most looking forward to is the release of Bridgerton Season 3, but that’s not all. The streaming giant will release new seasons of other popular drama series and launch brand new drama series.

We’re about halfway through 2023, but you can still expect the release of new Netflix shows across genres and the return of many highly-anticipated Netflix originals, such as: The Witcher Season 3, sex education Season 5 and Big mouth season 7

But for now, our focus is on Netflix drama series. What drama series are coming to Netflix in the new year? Below is a list of drama series expected/confirmed to be released on Netflix in 2023.

Bridgerton Season 3

Everyone can’t wait to see a brand new season of the popular historical drama on Netflix. Bridgerton The third season centers on the love story between Colin Bridgerton, Bridgerton’s third child and son, and Penelope Featherington, the perceptive youngest Featherington child.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a release date yet, but the third season is expected to be released in late 2023. Filming is in progress Bridgerton Season 3 started in July 2022 and it is believed that was the case Packed in mid-March 2023. Now we’re probably looking at around four to six months of post-production before the new season lands on Netflix. This would mean that it would be released in summer or autumn 2023.

However, following the spin-off series, we could expect a late 2023 release sometime in November or December Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story came out in May. We could imagine Netflix wanting to spread the releases of each series over time given how similar they are. However, we’ll get back to you with the official release date once it’s released.
