Britney Spears, 41, has likely spent $30K on Botox and fillers – it makes her look strangely ‘crooked,’ says surgeon

BRITNEY Spears’ shocking divorce from Sam Asghari means a big change is afoot for the world-renowned pop star who once had it all.
But one plastic surgeon has claimed Britiney’s beauty will transform too if she returns to the wrinkle-fighting treatment she started on.
Britney shared one Video on Instagram on Aug. 13, in which she said she had given up botox.
Before claiming it was “horrible,” she wrote, “One eyebrow is up and one is down.”
The Toxic singer explained that she found a replacement product called SiO, which is a silicone beauty patch.
In the close-up video, Britney spoke to the camera with a SiO patch on her forehead.

She shared, “I’m sharing this because it actually really works.”
In an exclusive interview, facial plastic surgeon dr Richard Westreich told The US Sun: “I don’t understand why Britney was having a hard time getting decent botox.
“Here it would not have been wrong every time.
“She would have had to see a different doctor each time, which can be problematic.
“Eventually, Britney will probably go back to Botox.
“She appears to have had botox on her forehead and around her eyes for eight years.
“Britney got fillers in her lips and labia folds.
“She’s probably spent up to $30,400 on injectables so far.”
Given Britney’s recent anti-aging efforts western empire continued to speculate as to why she would return to her old routine.
“Britney is now using the Sio product for her wrinkles, which is just a silicone sticker,” he explained.
“Silicone has some properties for scars in terms of wound healing.
“It’s possible that it affects the skin.
“I don’t think SiO will be as good as Botox because it doesn’t work 24/7.”
“Some patients may experience a skin reaction if the patches are left on at night or for several hours during the day.
“But it’s also possible that there is limited movement while Britney is asleep.
“Britney may find in later years that her new products are less effective.”
With no disclaimer or sponsor mentioned in Britney’s Instagram post, it appeared the megastar really liked SiO.
The Grammy winner also described how Botox turned her “black and blue.”
She said the doctors told her the bruises would go away after the injection.
However, Westreich suggested Britney find a new surgeon and then keep the same one.
“What Britney should do is find a reliable doctor and stick with that reliable doctor,” he advised.
“Sometimes people go to a botox, have a problem and don’t go back to the same person.
“Then they have a problem with the new doctor and pull away from him too.
“That could have happened to Britney.”
Westreich went into detail about how even the best botox injectors bruise their patients.
“We’re alive and there’s blood in the skin and you can’t always see where all the vessels are,” he said.
“Also, celebrities are often treated the worst or the person who is injecting is a little nervous.
“Instead of sticking to their beliefs, sometimes these doctors capitulate to the demands of a celebrity.”
As the official Queen of Pop, Britney has been in the public eye since she was young.
Launching a glittering career as a singer on stage may have meant that her looks mattered.
In March 2022, the mother-of-two admitted she was considering breast surgery.
“It’s crazy living in Los Angeles. I’ve been thinking about getting a boob job,” she wrote on Instagram at the time.
In 2013, Britney also told InStyle about it cosmetic work on her face.
“A doctor I see, Dr. Kanodia does funny things to me sometimes — I’ve had lip injections before,” she said.
Westreich claimed that when the newly singles singer started taking injections, she may have had a nose job as well.
“It’s possible she had her nose done in the past,” he suggested.
“It’s also possible that she had an extreme weight loss.
“Since around 2002, Britney has had just a little less volume at the tip of her nose.
“It gradually narrows a little and then stabilizes at a certain point.
“After 2006 and the birth of Sean, I think there’s a little bit of weight loss and a little bit of aging.
“I don’t think Britney has had any major surgery.
“As she progressed, she developed more and more wrinkles.
“Britney developed some pretty, distinct wrinkles on her forehead after having the kids.
“It looks like Britney started using botox and fillers on her lips and laugh lines around 2015.
“In 2019, it might have stalled a bit and crashed.”
In fact, it was 2019 when her romance with Sam started to heat up.
Back then, Britney took him to some red carpet events and performed alone.
The couple married but separated 14 months later when their relationship fell apart.
Despite her roller-coaster love life, Westreich seemed hopeful that Britney would get a handle on her anti-aging regimen.
“I don’t think that SiO that she showed will be as good as botox because it’s not working 24/7,” he claimed.
“Some patients may experience a skin reaction if the patches are left on at night or for several hours during the day.
“It’s strange that Britney couldn’t find a better person for Botox.
“If you track how much you give and where you put it, there won’t be much variability in placement.
“She may have asymmetrical movement patterns and need more on one side than the other.
“She could have done her first lap and come back and tweaked it.
“That would mean adding a little extra product in that area.
“It would be noted and adjusted on the next visit.
“I always treat symmetrically for the first treatment, even if a client feels they have asymmetrical movement patterns.
“If they come back and say they need a little bit more, we give them a little bit more. It’s not all complicated.”

“From what she wrote on Instagram, it’s not the first time Botox has gone wrong in her head.
“It’s a shame, but she still looks good for her age.”
