Camera-loving bear strikes a pose and takes hundreds of selfies on Colorado trail cam

BOULDER, Co.– Sometimes it takes a while to get the perfect selfie.

Well, a bear in Colorado bared it all — about 400 times — on a wildlife cam.

Typically, the city of Boulder’s wildlife cams capture bears scratching, eating, or giving onlookers a rear view.

This time and out of 580 pictures taken by a wildlife camera, about 400 of them were bear selfies!

“Obviously the bear was looking for the right angle,” said Phillip Yates, a spokesman for City of Boulder Open Space & mountain parks.

Park officials are unsure if the bear is a female or a male.
