Cam’ron was once offered $300,000 for his pink fur coat

Cam’ron says he was once offered more than a quarter million dollars for his famous pink fur… but turned down the potential buyer.

“The people who offered it to me, I didn’t feel like they deserved it. For her, it was more of a statistic like “I bought Cam’s jacket.” It wasn’t like they really knew where that jacket came from,” he told Kevin Durant.

“If it makes sense to sell it to someone who would appreciate it or put it where it will be seen and kept so people know it’s my jacket, cool,” he continued. “You have rich suburban kids who are like, ‘Hey Cam, my girlfriend really loves your pink jacket. I don’t really know much about it, but I’ll buy it for her. How much do you want for that?’ This guy sh-t. These are booster babies. Her parents come from generation money, where they probably don’t know much about hip hop anyway, but they’re dealing with people who do.

Cam added that he rarely wears the fur.
