Channel 4 admits major problems with Celebrity Gogglebox

CHANNEL 4 has acknowledged a major issue affecting the Celebrity Gogglebox last night.
The channel was forced to issue a statement after angry viewers missed the final episode.
A technical error on their website prevented fans from watching Gogglebox on demand.
The problem also wreaked havoc on Channel 4 News and The Last Leg.
In a post on social media, a Channel 4 representative apologized to viewers for the issue.
They said: “We are aware of the technical difficulties which mean today’s news, Gogglebox and The Last Leg will not be available on our on-demand streaming service.”
“I’m sorry but rest assured we are working hard to fix the issue and normal service should resume by tomorrow.”
“However, these shows should still be available on regular live television so you don’t have to miss them.”
On Celebrity Gogglebox, the cast were brought to tears as the show adapted a heartbreaking real-life tragedy.
Clare Balding and MasterChef star Gregg Wallace were among those who wiped their eyes at the spooky scenes.
They watched a clip from the dive documentary The Deepest Breath on Netflix.
The show stunned the cast when it was revealed that one of the contestants had fatally drowned in a moment captured on camera.
It wasn’t the first shock after the revealing documentary about people engaging in ‘freediving’, which left them underwater for long periods without oxygen.
Previously, stars of the show, including Denise Van Outen and Duncan James, had to gasp when one of the contestants required mouth-to-mouth resuscitation after collapsing underwater and running out of oxygen.
