Chicago State Attorney Kim Foxx Accused Of Beating Husband Over Facebook POST! (Police Report HERE)

Chicago’s attorney general finds himself in a troubled world. Media Take Out learned that Illinois prosecutor Kim Foxx’s husband called the police – claiming the prosecutor hit him at their home.

And Kim allegedly hit her husband after she caught him making suspicious posts on Facebook. Social media posts suggest Kim was upset by a comment her husband made on another woman’s page. The post was a little too “flirty” for her liking, according to Kim.

According to police department records, Kimberly’s husband Kelley, 48, who works as a public policy manager for Instacart in Chicago, was the one who called 9-1-1 and claimed Ms. Kim, 50, beat and abused him.

But a careful reading of the police report suggests the couple had a disagreement, and Kim’s husband – possibly overly emotional – when he decided to call the police to possibly tarnish his prosecutor’s wife’s image.

Here is an excerpt from the police report, obtained exclusively by Media Take Out, explaining the man’s side of what happened:

A male subject, later identified as Kelley Foxx, dialed 9-1-1 to report a domestic worker with his wife. On the way to the address, headquarters informed us that the domestic worker was physical and that there were “no injuries yet”.

Assigned to a command about a block away, Sergeant Tencza and Officer Estrada responded to the call. . . . Kelley explained that Kimberly got angry at something he posted on Facebook.

Kimberly asked him to leave and he refused. Kimberly, this got physical. He explained that Kimberly prevented him from leaving a bathroom. Kimberly grabbed his collar and threw down his video game controller. He tried to turn on the TV and Kimberly snatched the controller from his hand and threw the controller.

Kimberly was close enough to hear Kelley. As he explained what had happened, I could hear Kimberly say, “Pd1, that’s true.” Kelley went on to explain that she had beaten him. I asked where he had been hit and he said “left cheek” as he raised his hand on his left cheek at the same time. I used my flashlight to see his left cheek. I saw no evidence of his claiming to have been beaten.

There was no redness or swelling on his face. I explained that I didn’t see any marks on him and he replied that he just wanted to be left alone. I asked Kelley if he felt full in the house. Kelley explained he wanted to make sure someone understood what was happening here. I asked him to explain what is happening here and he said she was being physically aggressive. He added that he just wanted it to stop.

Here is Kim Foxx’s page:

Sergeant Tencza spoke to Kimberly, who told him that she and her husband had an argument and she wanted him to go lo.

Sergeant Tencza went to the area where I was standing and spat with Kelley. He reiterated that he just wants it to stop. “She can’t come into my personal space and lay hands on me.”

Officer Estrada went inside to speak to her 19-year-old daughter about what happened to the incident. IIIIsaid she heard a disagreement but could not say what was going on and saw nothing.

Kelley explained to me that he had to pick up his other daughter from her job at Culver.

Kelley left and I spoke to Kimberly. Kimberly explained that she laid her hands on Kelley, but only to lead him out of the house. She never hit him. I asked Kimberly if she felt safe at home, and she said, “I mean, he’s not crazy.”

Both Kimberly and Kelley stated that they have been together for over 20 years and things have never been physical. Kimberly expressed that she felt Kelley called the police just to hurt her. I have seen no evidence to support an arrest in this incident.

Neither Kimberly nor Kelley decided to leave the house for the evening. I have provided separate fact sheets on domestic violence to Kimberly and Kelley. This is the first time Flossmoor Police have responded to a domestic call involving Kimberly and Kelley Fox.

Kimberly Foxx is one of the most respected black prosecutors in the United States. However, she has come under criticism from the right for her decision to prosecute corrupt Chicago cops.
