CHLOE Sims looked amazing on a hike in the Hollywood hills.
The Towie star took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her Californian lifestyle with her 1.2million followers.
Chloe, 41, stunned in a white crop top as she posed at the top of a ravine.
Wearing patterned leggings and black and white sneakers, she beamed at the camera.
The reality TV favorite tagged their location as Runyan Canyon in Runyan Canyon Park in Los Angeles.
Their backdrop was a breathtaking view of the Santa Monica Mountains overlooking countless homes and a vast expanse of sky.
Standing at the top of the mountain, Chloe sported a practical updo, which she complemented with chic gold earrings.
She captioned the post “MANAGED TO THE TOP”.
Fans of the TV personality flocked to the comments to share their praise.
One wrote: “And still looks great!”
Another added: “Live your best life.”
A third agreed: “Fabulous you rock.”
“You look happy and healthy,” agreed a fourth.
This comes after the blonde beauty announced in May that she had signed a seven-figure deal with Netflix.
Chloe has directed her own reality show House of Sims with her siblings Demi, Frankie and Charlie and has already garnered huge viewership on the subscription platform Only Fans.
A source close to the production exclusively told The Sun: “The show got off to an incredible start and exceeded expectations with its viewership.”
“Offers came quickly from major streaming platforms and Netflix shot Amazon out of the water with a huge sum. Both parties are very satisfied and everything has been agreed – now it just has to be approved.”
Chloe has previously spoken about her future plans after moving to the US for the family show.
Although she has no plans to return to the UK, Chloe has admitted her 18-year-old daughter Madison will.
Speak with New Speaking to the magazine, Chloe said: “She misses her home and I’m glad she’s going back and forth.”
“She’s a little more attached to being home, which is understandable given that her dad is back.
“At the same time she’s swimming in the pool in the garden, she’s at the beach and it’s a completely different life than what we had in Essex.”
