Chris Brown apologizes for disrespecting Robert Glasper

Chris Brown apologized to Robert Glasper after his disrespectful tirade on Sunday. Breezy lost best R&B album to Robert Glasper at the 2023 Grammy Awards and posted a string of not-so-nice messages questioning who Robert Glasper was.

After a backlash, Breezy released an apology.

“Congratulations my brother. I want to apologize if you attacked my reaction at the Grammys. You were not the intended target and I know I came off really rude and mean. After doing my research, I actually think so [you’re] Great. The organization doesn’t do our due diligence to us black people. You and I should never be in the same category. Two completely different vibes and genres. So congratulations from one black man to another. I hope you can support your family for a lifetime. God bless my G,” he wrote.

When Glasper was announced as the winner, Breezy wrote: “BRO WHO THE F-CK IS THIS? ARE YOU ALL PLAYING WHO THE F-CK IS THAT?”

He continued: “WHO THE THE UCK IS ROBERT GLASPER…I KILL KICK THEIR ASS! RESPECTFUL.”
