CMA Fest returns with Star train rides for attendees

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Finding parking in downtown Nashville during a big event weekend can be a nightmare. So WeGo Public Transit provided a special event train for CMA Fest concertgoers.

CMA Fest will return June 9-12 after two years of cancellations due to the pandemic.

WeGo officials say the train will run Saturday, June 11 from Lebanon to downtown Nashville for a concert at Nissan Stadium.

Star weekday tickets and monthly tickets will not be accepted for the CMA Fest train.

The ticket will entitle customers to a round trip with departures from Lebanon Station at 4pm, Hamilton Springs at 4:08pm, Martha at 4:15pm, Mount Juliet at 4:25pm, Hermitage at 4:35pm, Donelson at 4:45pm and arrive at Nashville’s Riverfront Station at 5pm

The return train left at midnight.

Tickets must be purchased ahead of time at this link. Only 380 tickets are available to the public at a cost of $15 plus fees.
