New location of Vision City Battle Royale

After lots of in-game teasers and wild speculation online, we now know for sure that a brand new BR map is locked for Season 7. New Vision City, a futuristic landscape inspired by Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045, is on its way to CoD Mobile, located near Nuketown.

Passing through the portal, players will be transported to this future environment and battle in a vast new region.

CoD Mobile Season 7: New Vision City Battle Pass

As always, a brand new Battle Pass comes with every new season in CoD Mobile. This time, Season 7 offerings are wrapped in a unique collaboration with Netflix. That means exclusive rewards, new gear, and a range of Operator skins for both Free and Premium tiers.

Along the 50-level progression path, players can unlock a Motoko operator, the new Switchblade X9 SMG, various cosmetics, as well as the usual assortment of CoD points, blueprints and the like, among other things.

New CoD Mobile Season 7 Weapons and Gear

None other than the Switchblade X9 SMG from Black Ops 4 has been spotted in the latest build. While unconfirmed at first, we now know for certain that this weapon will be available for free at Tier 21 of the Season 7 Battle Pass.

This weapon features a unique design due to its “foldability”, although rest assured that it still packs a punch.

In addition, players have also discovered some new gear in the form of C4 on the Chinese test server, but there is no guarantee that it will arrive in Season 7 just yet.

New Claw Operator ability

An all-new Operator ability has been unveiled on the latest CoD Mobile test server and is now set to appear in Season 7.

Dubbed the Claw, this ability gives players a devastating weapon capable of delivering a “quick ricochet shot.” Aiming down the scope provides more “focused damage,” the description reads.

The Claw previously appeared in Infinite Warfare 2016, marking another major crossover following last season’s Jackal Jets. It can now be unlocked for free in CoD Mobile at Tier 14 of the Season 7 Battle Pass.
