Cody Rhodes replies to a message from top AEW heel

During his time in All Elite Wrestling, Cody Rhodes has cemented his place as one of the company’s top stars. American Nightmare is also influential behind the scenes and is friends with several superstars.

Although no longer contracted to AEW, Rhodes is not afraid to socialize with his former colleagues. In a recent exchange on Twitter, the former TNT champion hit back at Ricky Starks.

Originally, the current FTW champ cited a tweet from a fan who alluded to QT Marshall, Rhodes’ former Nightmare Family steady friend. In response, the WWE star wrote the following announcement:

Rhodes wrote: “Might have knocked a guy out with my left hand while I was wearing that jacket (and possibly survived a 30ft fall) – that would have turned out to be the greatest cheat meal of all. era” for her,” wrote Rhodes.

Below is Rhodes’ tweet, as he also posted a photo of himself, along with his former AEW colleagues.

Earlier this year, after a shocking incident, Rhodes left AEW to return to WWE after a six-year separation. The former Intercontinental Champion is back at WrestleMania 38.

Rhodes is revealed to be Seth Rollins’ mysterious rival, when the two men clash at Their Biggest Stage. American Nightmare won this encounter, and he later won the rematch at WrestleMania Backlash.

Cody Rhodes recently broke his silence as he prepared to miss AEW’s Double or Nothing 2022 pay-per-view opportunity

Since the founding of AEW, Cody Rhodes has competed in the Double or Nothing pay-per-view three years in a row. However, he will be absent from this year’s show for now as he is no longer with the same agency.

In a recent exchange on Twitter, one fan claimed that the pay-per-view wouldn’t be the same without Rhodes and old Bullet Club and Elite steady friend Kenny Omega . In response to the tweet, The American Nightmare wrote:

“I had my years in Hell in the Cell, but I’m sure it would have been fine without me. I left a lot of love (and blood) in that painting. So much proud of that chapter,” Rhodes wrote.

@ younited2016 @KennyOmegamanX I’ve got cross chairs to stay in Hell in the Cell, but I’m sure it would be fine without me. I left a lot of love (and blood) soaked in that picture. So proud of that chapter.

Going forward, Rhodes will face Seth Rollins in a Hell of a Cell Battle, as they prepare to complete their hot trio.
