Coleen Rooney opens up about Wayne’s cheating, saying, “At least I know what he’s doing.”

COLEEN Rooney has spoken openly about her husband Wayne’s infidelity, admitting: “At least I know what’s going on”.
The 37-year-old, who has been married to Wayne since 2008, said the relationship has been a “struggle” at times.
During the interview, the star opened up about the difficulties she faced in her marriage to the English soccer star, including the sports star’s infidelity.
Coleen said the couple isn’t shy about addressing their marital issues, stating, “It’s ours. I remember a conversation about it [her marriage] with someone and I said, ‘Do you know what your wife does every day and every night?’ At least I know what my husband does!’ It might not be good, but I know. People lie to themselves.”
She admitted the couple had been through “tough times” in their 15-year marriage, but insisted they had a love worth fighting for.
Coleen told the magazine: “Obviously everyone knows. It was hard to face it in public, but there was always love.
“When love is gone, then it is futile. But if not, there is something you can work on.”
The couple has been dogged by countless questions about the state of their marriage.
Many of their difficult times have been in the public eye, with Wayne’s cheating playing a central role in the couple’s troubles.
Coleen added of her “struggle,” “It was a struggle at times.
“I’m looking [any] situation we find ourselves in and think, ‘Could we go further?’ Is it worth continuing?’ I don’t just give up.”
The couple have four sons together and did not have a smooth marriage.
Wayne is known to have cheated on his wife when he had a threesome with two prostitutes shortly after giving birth to one of his children.
The women involved later enjoyed their time in the spotlight, with Helen Wood becoming Big Brother champion, while Jenny Thompson enjoyed a guest appearance on MTV’s Ex On The Beach in 2017.
The footballer was also arrested in 2017 for drinking alcohol Drive where he enjoyed the company of another woman while Coleen was pregnant with the couple’s fourth child.
Elsewhere, the WAG reported on their infamous court battle in Wagatha Christie British Vogue: “I felt like everyone but me was talking about it. And it’s my story to tell.”
She said, “I feel like a lot of people still don’t understand what happened, from start to finish.”
Writing the now infamous tweet, which was sent out in October 2019, she said: “I like pen and paper – actually a pencil and an eraser so I can erase it. So I started writing what I wanted to say, and then…” next I put it out there tomorrow. That was the start of something I never expected.
“All these messages of support came in,” she says. “Then I was like, ‘Oh my god, this has gotten extreme.'”
The War of the WAGs began when Coleen sensationally turned detective and tracked down a friend who was telling stories to the media.
Speaking about her experience in October 2019, she ended the tweet with the gorgeous line, “It’s… Rebekah Vardy’s account.”

Rebekah sued Coleen for defamation and denied that she was the media source. But in July last year, she lost the case when a judge found Coleen’s story “essentially true.”
Rebekah had claimed the Instagram post cost her a book deal and a placenta capsule endorsement, while also serving as a lightning rod for people who snub her on social media.
