Cops called to reports of ‘8ft aliens with shiny eyes’ after mysterious blue UFO is filmed falling from sky

A FAMILY called police in desperation after claiming giant aliens “with shiny eyes” crashed in their garden – shortly after a mysterious blue UFO was filmed falling from the sky.
The terrified brood contacted authorities and said they had witnessed 8-foot-tall aliens wandering outside their home.
Although most reports of suspected extraterrestrial activity are sneered at by police, one officer admitted he also saw something odd.
He was standing on the side of the road in Las Vegas, Nevada when he noticed a bright object streaking the night sky overhead.
The police officer’s bodycam captured the moment the UFO rose overhead in the darkness at around 11:50pm on May 1st.
According to the American Meteor Society, several people in eastern California, Nevada, and Utah also reported seeing the flash.
But it fell behind a row of houses and appeared to disappear, leading the officer to believe it was just a shooting star.
Just 40 minutes later, Las Vegas Metro police received a call from a family claiming there were “non-human” beings in their backyard.
The panicked caller explained that it appeared as if two creepy characters were walking around. 8NewsNow reports.
They said, “There’s something like an eight-foot-tall person next to it, and there’s another one in there and they have big eyes and they’re looking at us — and they’re still there.”
“In my backyard. I swear to god this is not a joke, this is fact – we are terrified. They are very big. They are about 8ft, 9ft, 10ft tall.”
“They look like aliens to us. Big eyes. You have big eyes. I can’t explain it, and a big mouth,” they told the dispatcher.
“They have bright eyes and are not human. They are 100% non-human.”
Two officers were dispatched to the scene to investigate. One of them admitted he had “butterflies” amid the dual reports of a UFO.
Several other family members confirmed the bizarre sight to the police and then showed the police the alleged crash site.
A witness further supplemented the description of the backyard intruders, saying they looked like “large creatures.”
An officer then says to the family, “I’m not going to upset you guys.”
“One of my partners said he also saw something fall from the sky. That’s why I’m kind of curious.”
Bodycam footage of the garden and its contents has been redacted by Metro police for privacy reasons.
But police were confident the family was not staging an elaborate UFO hoax as they were visibly shaken by the experience, and one commented that they appeared “real scared”.
An officer then left the property to search the area to see if other local residents had seen the mysterious object fly overhead.
He asks a motorist, “That might sound like a really stupid question, but did you see something fall from the sky?”
“I would normally rate it as probably not real, but – however, since one of my partners said he saw it too, that’s the only reason I’m investigating further.”
However, despite their best efforts, the Metro Police investigation failed to determine what had happened.
One police officer joked as he left the property: “Hey, if those 9ft tall creatures come back doesn’t that mean we’re fine?”
The case was closed after several days, but it is still unconfirmed if the two incidents were related.
The Las Vegas family said officers have returned to their home multiple times to continue their investigation.

Representatives from nearby Creech and Nellis Air Force Bases both denied any involvement in the incident.
A Pentagon spokesman did not immediately respond to questions about the stunning event.
