Cursed Tomb Treasure Hunt Guide
In Hogwarts Legacy, you’ll find yourself treasure hunting often, as the entire map contains many hidden ruins, hamlets, caves, and more. If you leave these places unexplored, you miss out on many opportunities.
In the “Treasure of the Cursed Tomb” side quest, you will receive a map that will lead you to a hidden treasure chest. However, you must first decipher this map to find out where to go next.

Find Manor Glen
To start the Treasure of the Cursed Tomb quest, you should head there West Manor Cape Floo Flame in the southern area of the map. The quest takes place northeast of here The Manor Glen area is pictured above.
Once you get to the dilapidated house, go down the stairs and enter through the back entrance. Then turn left and go down the stairs into the basement. On the left there will be a Door that you can open with level 3 Alohomora. Once inside, head down the hallway to the lower floor and defeat the Inferi that appear in the area.
Once you’ve defeated them all, go left into the next room and take out the next group of Inferi. Then, Go forward through the door on the left. There will be two main enemies in this room: Lord of the Manor and Ailsa Travers. Once you successfully defeat them, you will find it a chest on the right side of the room which contains a map of the above image.
Tomb of Betrayal
The red X on the map indicates the location Tomb of Betrayal, pictured above. Use that Tomb of Treachery Fleaflame to arrive here and go to the underground area.
On your way in, keep going straight until you reach the room a grave and some bones in the middle. To the left of here you will see a path blocked by a spider web. Use the Incendio or Confringo spell to destroy it. And then go through here.
In this room there are a few spiders that you need to defeat. Once you have done this, you will notice the following: Golden door right in front of us with three missing butterflies. You need to find these three butterflies and bring them back to the door to open it.
First, break the spider web on the left and head along that path. You’ll notice A chest on the left side of the room that you can use Wingardium Leviosa on to move it in front of the large ledge and reach the top floor. There will be one Butterfly up here that you can attract with Lumos, and then you want to return to the main room and take him to the golden door.
The last two are in the Room to the right of the golden door. One of them is openly available to you, so all you have to do is do it Use Lumos to attract it and take it back to the golden door. Easy for the other person Destroy the spider web with Confringo or Incendio and then use Lumos to bring it to the door. It will then unlock and you will reach the final room.
Defeat the Inferi here and then inside Complete the puzzle in the middle of the room. From the treasure map you received, you must flip three of the stones on the ground using the “Flipendo” spell to correctly solve the puzzle. Face it opposite side of the entrance where you come from, and Flip over the three stones shown above. You will then receive your prize for successfully completing the quest.
