Lorie Logan, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s massive stock and cash manager, will be the new president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
Ms. Logan, 49, executive vice president of the New York Fed, will take over the position vacated by Robert Kaplan in September. He retired from the Dallas Fed amid questions about trading in financial markets. during his tenure at the bank.
