Danjoy’s Homemade Pasta can teach anyone to make perfect pasta

Houston, Texas– With Danjoy’s Homemade Pasta you will learn to prepare pasta the old-fashioned Italian way. Giancarlo Danjoy learned how to make pasta from scratch from his father-in-law, who was studying to be a master chef in Alma, Italy.

Giancarlo and his wife Reyna started teaching pasta making classes to small groups from their homes in 2018. They saw so much interest that they opened their own professional kitchen.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, they focused on donating meals to frontline workers. In the last year they’ve seen a wave of people wanting to get back into the courses.

“I think people have been back in the kitchen since COVID, they’re cooking their own food now and experiencing it together as a family,” Reyna Danjoy said. “So we see a lot of families want to come and learn how to make pasta so they can go home and make it together as a family.”

The company teaches for family events, birthday parties, date nights and team building classes. Danjoy’s also hosts field trips and Girl Scout/Boy Scout troops.
