Delaware football game panic: Source of confusion at Abessino Stadium still unknown

WILMINGTON, Delaware (WPVI) — Delaware authorities are still trying to clarify what happened at a Friday night football game in Wilmington.
Delaware Military Academy was playing Howard High School at Abessino Stadium when the umpire suddenly stopped the game.
You see people clearing the stands.
Police say there was no evidence of a fight or weapons at the game.
They believe that someone may have spread a rumor among the crowd, causing a panic situation.
No injuries were reported.
