Deshaun Watson Addresses New Sexual Assault Allegations

NFL player Deshaun Watson has broken his silence after two other women claimed he sexually assaulted them.

A total of 24 women have accused him.

“I understand that I regret the repercussions [it’s had] on the community and people outside of myself,” Watson said.

“And that includes my family. That includes this organization. That includes my teammates in that dressing room who have to answer these questions. That includes the Cleveland Browns fan base. This includes men, women, all around the world. The one thing I regret is the effect it is having on so many people. It’s hard to deal with.”

Attorney Tony Buzbee is representing all of the accusers. He said the latter two reached out to him after watching an episode of HBO’s “Real Sports” on Watson.

“We were sent the video of the Watson press conference,” Buzbee said in a statement. “We appreciate the Cleveland market and their passionate support for their new quarterback, Deshaun Watson. But: Given the volume of credible cases filed, the lead detective’s affidavit, the undisputed facts, and the heartbreak, pain and chaos Watson caused, we think it would be appropriate for Deshaun to offer Watson some regret or Regret at how he treated these women, some of whom have complained and many others who have not.
