Housing LA’s homeless population has unsurprisingly proven to be a Herculean task. With tens of thousands taking to the streets, it has become a hot topic for this year’s mayoral election in November. But until now, neither candidate — Congresswoman Karen Bass and real estate developer Rick Caruso — had given specifics on the type of homes they would create, where they would be located, or how much they would cost.
