Now, before you jump to conclusions — like people are doing on social media, remember that Danielle and Brian prefer alternative lifestyles.

Danielle and her boyfriend have been accused of bizarre behavior in the past. They were arrested in Los Angeles in 2014 and initially charged with indecent exposure. Police claimed to have caught Danielle in public with no clothes on. The charges were eventually dropped after Danielle alleged racial discrimination.

“The police show up. I’m outside the car on the phone with my dad,” she told media. “He talks to Brian and asks Brian for my ID.”

Danielle, who has starred in films like Django Unchained and TV shows like Partners, said she didn’t immediately offer the ID because she felt like she had done nothing wrong and the officer didn’t ask her directly about it.

“The only reason I suspected that [it was race related]’ he said, ‘in the beginning he came up and said, ‘Black and white couple.’ … [The officer] brought that up.”
