DrDisrespect takes over Times Square with new Midnight Society game teaser

Mustachioed streaming legend Dr Disrespect has stunned fans with a complete takeover of Times Square in New York City to promote Project Moon, his upcoming game release from his studio Midnight Society.

The background of dr. Disrespect in game development is well documented, with Guy Beahm (the man behind the moustache) working on Advanced Warfare as part of Sledgehammer Games before turning to full-time Twitch streaming.

He occasionally goes back to his roots as a game developer, advising studios and even designing custom maps for them when the mood strikes him.

However, fans were particularly excited about his upcoming FPS title called Project Moon, a battle royale developed by his own game studio, Midnight Society. Details remain limited, but NFTs will play a part in the Founder’s Pass, a move defended by the doubly.

Midnight Society is the game studio of Dr. Disrespect.

Now, to promote the studio and upcoming title, The Doc has orchestrated an epic takeover of one of the world’s most visited tourist attractions.

In a June 24th tweet, the Doc shared footage of the famous Times Square billboard advertising The Midnight Society, with the teaser: “Enter the Existence. 29th of July.”

He captioned it: “Goodbye NYC. Wow wow wow wow what a city.”

Fans were stunned by the video, which features one of the world’s most visited attractions and promotes a YouTube streamer’s own studio and upcoming title.

It’s also unclear what kind of teaser we can expect on July 29th, but it seems to be shaping up to be a key day leading up to the launch of Project Moon.

Whatever comes, we can expect it to do so with the same violence, speed and dynamism that the Doc always offers.
