When NBA legend Dwyane Wade left his then-wife Siovaughn Wade for his new wife, Hollywood beauty Gabrielle Union, most of his fans thought the basketball player had “beefed up.”

At the time, Media Take Out reported that Siovaughn was a stay-at-home mom who spent more time studying the Bible than caring about her looks.

Well, Siovaughn has now managed to strike the balance – between conquering her mind and nurturing her physical body.

Media Take Out learned that Siovaughn recently underwent a complete makeover — which doesn’t include surgery. And the makeover was done in time for her 40th birthday, which she celebrated earlier this month.

One of Siovaughn’s friends told Media Take Out that the former wife Wade has been dieting and exercising regularly and has embraced a skin care regimen that has really worked wonders for her.
