EastEnders star Melissa Suffield gets praise from fans as she strips down to her underwear to show off her ‘shaky body’.

ACTRESS Melissa Suffield was praised by fans for stripping down to her underwear and flaunting her “shaky body”.
The EastEnders star, who played Lucy Beale on the BBC soap, has become a body-conscious advocate and today was no different.
Melissa, 30, who gave birth to son River in March 2020, is known for encouraging women to love their curves and helping them feel comfortable in their own skin.
Today she posted a short clip of her shaking her body in green lingerie with a big smile on her face.
The soap star wrote next to the clip: “13 seconds of shaky body to remind you that a shaky body is completely NORMAL.”
“Every single body has at least a little bit of wobble. Wiggle. Movement. And whether you have a little or a lot, your body is worth it.”
“We spend so much time tearing ourselves apart and it feels so *lonely* that we think we’re the only ones who look a certain way. In fact, there are SO many other bodies like ours — we’re actually pretty damn normal!
“So that’s 13 seconds to remind you how normal your body is. And how WONDERFUL that is.” 💖
“What’s your favorite wobbly piece? let’s hear it! And then let’s CELEBRATE them ✨”
Melissa – who goes by @the.confidentmama on Instagram – was quickly praised for promoting a realistic body shape on social media.
One person replied: “We all have shaky bits and they are all fabulous ❤️”
And a second said: “You are wonderful! Hooray for wobbling!”
One typed again: “This is excellent. Let’s normalize that our body can shake and still be hot 😍🔥”
Melissa played Lucy on the BBC soap EastEnders during the character’s rebellious teenage years and made life hell for screen dad Ian Beale by drinking, smoking, getting pregnant and even going missing.
However, she was left in 2010 amid rumors that her bosses were unimpressed by her behavior and attitude outside of work after she was spotted in a London nightclub when she was a minor.
Melissa is now focused on being a body positive parenting influencer.
