According to Giada De Laurentiis, This is the Italian spice you’ll hit for the whole summer

On May 13, De Laurentiis posted a stunning and brilliant photo of a simple, new cocktail to her Instagram page @thegiadzy. She posted it with the caption, “Do as they do on the Amalfi Coast and catch a batch of limoncello! This appetizer is super easy to make, and there’s nothing like a glass of ice cold water before dinner in the spring and summer. “

For that perfect summer cocktail, you only need four ingredients, with the stars of the show being a bunch of lemons and vodka. Making this recipe is very simple. Even if this is the first recipe you are following, you can do it easily.

You start by peeling lemons with a vegetable peeler and in no time you’re straining homemade lychee through a mesh sieve.

One thing to keep in mind is that you can seal the limoncello in the bottle at least four hours before serving. Then you can save this drink for up to a month!
